Jeff has a great crew of workers! They were polite, hardworking, and came to work every day-giving it their all. Special thanks to Danny, Jim, Vince, Scott, Sean, and Jayson for their work ethic and desire to get everything right. Replaced all of our windows and 2 sliding glass doors. Then they tore off an old deck that was on the second floor of our house and rebuilt a new one that was twice the size as the old one. They also added an extension to the roof to cover part of the new deck and tore off and reroofed the entire house, Lastly, they added siding and new soffits to the house. We kept them busy! Jeff was very responsive, too, and made sure everything right and we were happy. Beffore and after pics below.

Jeff and his crew did a great Job on our new deck @ LOZ. My husband has been doing construction for 35 years and after his last back surgery has to rely contractors for this type of work. He said Jeff was a man of his word and built the deck as promised and with great workmanship and experience. We recommend him highly.

Jeff and Jayson at All in One Home and Condo Care helped us out of a bind. We were struggling to find someone to do a insurance claim after our contractor bailed out after dragging us along for 6 months. Seemed everyone we called were at least 5 months out or more and/or were not taken on any more business. Through a friend referral, we called into All In One Home and Condo Care and Jeff came out right away to take a look. Though they they were already booked up, Jeff offered to squeeze us in between jobs after hearing about our situation and our ability to have the place available for them 24/7. Not only did they make time available to address the job faster then anyone else, they took extra care to keep the remaining finished area closed off and clean throughout the process. Jeff has been great to work with. Glad we got a referral to them.

Oh my goodness- I don't know where to start! Jeff and his team were amazing! They had fantastic communication, even better quality of work and they were so fast! He also worked around my needed schedule which was huge bonus. I highly recommend using this company! Not very many places in the Ozarks actually pick up the phone, Jeff did almost every time, and if he missed a call he was sure to quickly call back. The pergola was built with quality material and was beautifully attached to our home. When we extend our deck we will be sure to have him and his crew come back! Thank you again!

Jeff and his crew were amazing! They added a pergola to the side of our house and it is absolutely beautiful! The work is solid quality. Jeff was so good and answering his phone and his communication was on point! - this is unheard of at the lake- We plan on using them again when we expand our deck. I highly recommend using them and thank you again!

Jeff was great to work with from day one when he showed up with deck and rail samples. Jeff did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. He also did some repairs and built some new steps and they were great as well. He was also helpful finding us options for other projects (flooring) even when he wasn't the one doing the work. We will be using Jeff again and I highly recommend him.

Great company to work with, fabulous workmanship. They tore down a 20 year old wooden deck and replaced it with composite. Everyone that sees their work comments on the quality and appearance. I’ll be using them to update my kitchen and bath!

We have been looking for a deck contractor in Lake of the Ozarks for a while when we found J.L. All in One. Jeff is great and very responsive and professional. We received the quote very quickly and All In One was able to start and complete the project sooner than expected. We needed the full side deck walkway completely replaced, two sets of stairs and plank replacements for our top deck. We could not be happier. Very satisfied with the workmanship, quality and the updates while the project was in process. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team. Thanks Jeff!!

Our house was in need of a remodel when we bought it. And then a tree fell through the bathroom and living room. One project led to another as you can imagine. All in One Home and Condo worked with us to complete the work in phases, while also working with the schedules of the electrician and HVAC contractor. They did drywall work, enclosed an existing "room" at the side of the house and built a roof over a patio. We are not finished yet, but plan to have them back in the spring for a new deck and outside work. Jeff was responsive via text, phone and email. It is sometimes difficult to find people to work at the lake, but their crew was there when they said they would be. They also sent pictures of the work because we "live" 4.5 hours away. Thank you for quality work.

My house at the lake is on the steep side so it's a very high hill to climb to go from the dock to the house. I had an old set of stairs and three old decks to tear down. An upper and lower deck on the house and a third deck at the bottom of the stairs by the lake. Then I needed the whole thing rebuilt, all new stairs and decks. It was difficult job but All in One did a great job. Jeff and Kenny and the crew were professional and everything was built with top quality materials and workmanship. If there was anything I wasn't satisfied with along the way they would immediately make the changes I wanted. At the end of the job they cleaned everything up and left everything looking great. I would definitely recommend All in One for your remodeling and construction needs.

Jeff did a great job at our lake house. A big problem with getting anything done at Lake of the Ozarks is locating reputable contractors who do what they say they’re going to do. From start to finish, Jeff was dependable and trustworthy. And we couldn’t be more pleased with our new deck. Highly recommend!

We do not live at the lake full-time. The owner did a good job keeping in communication with us. The job took a while because of the current labor and supply shortage but it was worth the wait. They did a great job

We had a 30’ by 100’ deck built after tearing down 2 of 3 tiers on the old deck. The craftsmenship is exceptional. Very pleased with attention to detail. The crew of three was consistent and worked hard. The crew was polite, engaging and easy to work with. The project was completed in a timely fashion. Since there is no formal change order process additional follow up was required. We were very pleased with the project outcome and would highly recommend All in One. Jeff was always available and easy to work with.

The team installed a new roof, sided my home, fixed a bunch of hidden problems (with my approval first), and built my wife and I a new screened-in deck of our dreams. The work consisted of many projects and their communication was always first rate during each of them. I could always reach Jeff and/or Kenny, which is a huge benefit when having large-scale work done 3 hours away! I would recommend their work to anyone!

I contacted Jeff to update the exterior of our lake home after receiving glowing reviews about All in One Home and Condo from a family member who had them build a garage. Our lake home was old and in need of lots of exterior TLC and during our initial meeting Jeff had some great ideas about how to address these items in particular an old saggy screened porch with blown out screens that could not easily be repaired or replaced. The work performed by the crew including painting, sofet and gable work, gutters, doors and stabilizing the porch and updating the screens, and it looks great. Jeff was responsive that the work area was cleaned when they were done with the job. We are not at the house full time, and were not on-site when the work was performed, but Jeff worked with us to get the job done when we were not there and was very responsive to calls and texts and sent pictures of the project during and after completion. Jeff is responsive to calls, texts and emails and I would gladly work with him on the next project!

I've used All in One Home and Condo Care LLC for snow removal services this year. He's been great. They are friendly and polite, always on time, provide great services and all ways check in to ensure that I am satisfied with the work performed. I plan on using them for all of my Snow removal and handyman services going forward. I would highly recommend them to all of my family, friends and business accounts.

Yesterday, October 11, 2017, ALL IN ONE HOME AND CONDO CARE pressure washed my home and patio and the walkway to the patio. I am super pleased with the outcome. The men, Jeff and Russ, arrived on time and were very efficient in getting the work done in a timely manner. I certainly recommend All in One!!

We had great support from Jeff. He came out the same day we contacted him for a quote. He even helped us secure our house after an accident even before we agreed to contract with him. He also came out when we had insurance adjustors onsite and helped support us through that process. Once his team got to work, they did a great job on the repairs to our front wall and kitchen. Throughout the build Jeff and I communicated often to discuss the progress on the build and cover any details for upcoming jobs. We?re very happy with the final result and appreciate all the work and attention to detail from Jeff and his team.
